LEC Roadtrip by Karmine Corp


ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZERS

and GROUPE RANDSTAD FRANCE, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 702 028 234, whose registered office is located at 276 Avenue du Président Wilson 93200 Saint-Denis, represented by Mr. Benoit LABROUSSE, as President, duly authorized for this purpose.

are organizing a free contest for the LEC Spring Roadtrip by Karmine Corp event which will take place from July 24 to 26, 2026.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The contest is open to all persons, whether adults or minors. Minor participants must present written parental authorization as well as the identification documents of the minor and their legal representative. Only one entry per person is allowed. Employees and directors of Karmine Corp and Randstad as well as their immediate family members are excluded.


ARTICLE 3 – MODALITIES OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the contest is free and does not require any purchase.

To participate, the participant must go to the Randstad stand at the LEC Spring Roadtrip by Karmine Corp event and take a photo there.

A scratch ticket will be given to them immediately afterwards, while supplies last.

ARTICLE 4 – GAME PRINCIPLE

The scratch tickets are prepared and randomly mixed before the start of the event. Each participant is given a ticket randomly from the available tickets. Each ticket is either a winner or a loser: the result is immediate and final as soon as the participant reads the ticket.

Any damaged, modified, or illegible ticket will be considered void and will not entitle the holder to any prize.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZES

Of all the tickets distributed, 34 are winners, distributed as follows:

- 1 "Weekend" ticket: each ticket entitles the holder to 2 places for the next Karmine Corp event weekend
- 4 "1-day" tickets: each ticket entitles the holder to 2 one-day places for the next Karmine Corp event weekend
- 60 "promo code" Karmine Corp tickets: each ticket entitles the holder to a €15 discount valid on the karminecorp.fr website

ARTICLE 6 – SELECTION OF WINNERS

The result is immediate and known as soon as the participant scratches the ticket. No disputes relating to the result of the ticket will be accepted after scratching. In case of doubt about the validity of a ticket, the participant must immediately contact a representative present at the Randstad stand before fully scratching the ticket.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIZE DELIVERY

Prizes are delivered according to the following terms:

  • "Promo code" tickets: the promotional code is printed directly on the winning ticket. Participants are advised to keep it carefully, as no duplicate will be issued in case of loss or damage. - "Weekend" and "1-day" tickets: the winning participant must register with a representative at the Randstad stand by providing their email address and personal information (Last Name, First Name, age). The tickets will be sent to them by email within 60 days following the event.

Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into financial compensation.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

The Organizers cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to a scratch ticket after it has been given to the participant. The Organizers also cannot be held responsible for any technical, material, or human incident beyond their control occurring during the event. The Organizers' liability cannot exceed the value of the prize awarded.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected as part of the contest (last name, first name, email address) is processed jointly by Karmine Corp and Randstad as joint data controllers, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) and the amended Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978.

This data is collected solely for the purposes of managing and organizing the contest, based on the execution of these rules. It will not be transferred to third parties.

The data is stored for the duration of the event and up to 12 months after its end, then deleted.

In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the following rights:

  • Right of access: to obtain a copy of their personal data

  • Right to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected

  • Right to erasure: to request the deletion of their data in cases provided by law

  • Right to data portability: to receive their data in a structured and readable format

  • Right to object: to object to the processing of their data for legitimate reasons

  • Right to restriction of processing: to request the temporary suspension of the processing of their data

In case of a complaint, participants have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — www.cnil.fr.



ARTICLE 10 – IMAGE RIGHTS

Taking a photo at the Randstad stand is a condition for participation in the contest. By participating, the participant grants Karmine Corp and Randstad the right to use their image free of charge for communication purposes, particularly on their respective social networks (Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other social network used by the organizers), for a period of 10 years from the date of the event.

For minor participants, this assignment must be authorized by the legal representative as part of the parental authorization referred to in Article 2.


ARTICLE 11 – ACCEPTANCE OF RULES AND MODIFICATION

Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules. The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the contest in the event of force majeure or any event beyond their control. In case of modification, the updated rules will be published at the same address as the original rules.

ARTICLE 12 – APPLICABLE LAW

These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
