Conditions Générales – Giveaway Stand EWC

1. Organizer
This competition is organized by Karmine Corp, a simplified joint-stock company, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 895 405 75, with its registered office located at 20 Rue Soleillet, 75020 Paris.

2. Purpose
The competition begins on April 14, 2026, at 6:00 PM and ends on April 14, 2026, at 8:00 PM (Paris time).
The draw will take place on April 29, 2026, starting at 2:00 PM.

3. Prize Value

  • Pro Kit 2026 Trousers: €60
  • Total value of one prize: €150
  • Total value of prizes: €300

4. Competition Duration
The competition begins on April 14 at 6:00 PM and ends on April 29 at 2:00 PM (Paris time).
The draw will take place on April 29, 2026.

5. Participation Conditions
Participation in the competition is free and requires no purchase.

To participate, the user must:

The competition is open to all adult individuals residing in the European Union, excluding employees, directors of Karmine Corp and their immediate family members.

Only one entry per person and per email address is allowed. Karmine Corp reserves the right to request any proof to verify the participant's eligibility.

Participants may unsubscribe from the newsletter after the competition without affecting their right to win.

6. Winner Selection
A draw will be held among all participants who registered via the form.

2 winners will be randomly drawn.

7. Prize Delivery
Delivery of prizes is free and will be made within 30 days following confirmation of the winner's details.
Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into financial compensation.


8. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration within 7 days after the end of the competition. Winners are advised to check their junk mail (spam) while awaiting this email.
If there is no response from them within 30 days of the email being sent, the prize will be considered refused and will not be reallocated.

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

The data collected (name, email addresses) during the competition is processed by Karmine Corp as the data controller.

This data is collected for two distinct purposes:

  • The organization and management of the competition, based on the execution of these rules;

  • The sending of commercial communications via the Karmine Corp newsletter, based on the participant's consent.

The data is kept for the duration of the competition and up to 6 months after its end for the purpose of prize management, and until the participant unsubscribes for the newsletter.

In accordance with the GDPR, participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, data portability, and object to the processing of their personal data.

10. Social Networks
The competition may be relayed via X but is neither sponsored, administered, nor associated with X.
Participants acknowledge that the competition is organized by Karmine Corp and not by the said platforms, which cannot be held responsible for its conduct.

11. Force Majeure / Modification
The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or any event beyond its control.
In case of modification, the updated rules will be published at the same address as the initial rules. Participants will be deemed to have accepted the modifications by continuing their participation.

12. Acceptance of Rules
Participation in the competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules. These rules are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
